344 pounds a lineman need help with diet and im 6'2 17yr?
I have a nutritionist and a trainer. Food is God, and he filled me. its very low in fat and high in protein to build muscle. I eat lots of fish and rice, I have bunches of honey oats for breakfast with milk fat intolerance LACTAID since im lactose. when I eat lunch or dinner, my plate is half vegetables and half is my usual food. Do not eat fast food or bad food. I like a lot of soup. and when as a snack usually get a banana or an apple, or sometimes a fat cheesestick. I wood 1 1 / 2 gallons of water per day and work atleast 5 days a week. Over the past three months, I lost six pounds. I went down about 6 sizes with size m. I'll be able to lift 275 bench 335 and I was 400-505 pounds in squat. I also take protein shakes before work i. What should I do to lose more weight?
