Well one good way is to interact more and walking and not taking shortcuts … So I used to do 50 squats a B4 day I went to bed and try to do pushups as possible, all night .. You can go play football every day … Do not eat fatty foods a lot and never goes to sleep after a meal, wait at least three hours … So DONT sit there in the stomach and heart and u know ..
